Web site feedback

Today I was presented with some feedback on our public web site (www.CBHearthside.com) by owners/managers who heard it from agents that didn't necessarily feel comfortable telling me personally. I can understand the trepidation (it's like telling me my kid is ugly) but in this particular case I am very open to your opinions. I don't get to deal with the shopping public as much as you do, so I am always eager to hear what they have to say and what we want to improve.

To that end, I just want you to know some changes coming very soon.

1. Integration with the LVAR MLS.
2. Search by school district
3. Enhanced (more robust) micro-sites

Please comment, email me or just stop me in the hall if you thin of other things you want to see happen on our public web site.

I am commenting on my own post because once again this morning I am fixing something that an agent found wasn't working and told Relo, but never told me. If there is something amiss, please be sure to let me know so I can get it fixed for you right away.

So what about GSMLS? I am currently paying a hefty fee on Top Propducer Web Site for this privilege and could certainly spend that money in a more productive manner! I would rather refer people to my Coldwell Banker website.

Cynthia - thanks for your comment about GSMLS. Yes, it is on our list and I apologize for not posting it in the blog. They are a bit more complicated because they do not yet adhere to the RETS standard that TReND and LVAR use, but we are working to get it done as quickly as possible.
