You asked for it...and now it's here. The new and improved Coldwell Banker University launched today online. I've already been there, and I am pretty impressed. It is certainly a step up from the old system.
A University, whether in the real world or the online world is only as good as you make it. I'll save the jokes about my undergraduate days for later, but I am sure I could have done more with my University experience had I applied myself more. The same holds true with this new online academy. You need to use it to its fullest; that means building a training plan, working with Stefanie to realize what courses exist, and paying attention to the training (and not just turning it on to get the credits).
