Hopefully now that "Your Hearthside Space" is live more people will have a chance to read this blog. I encourage you to use the comments link at the bottom of each post to send me additional comments, news items, or things you want everyone in the company to know. Perhaps this way we can even eliminate some of the all-office-emails everyone despises so deeply.

Hi, I am having fun playing on the site. I am also on floor this morning - helping out. I took a lead call and stumbled over where to find the listing information, then it dawned on me to go to the appointment screen. I handled the questions. Worked well. I was looking for the button called Inventory - but once i tried Appointment, it worked fine - and it was better - because I could see the showing instructions right there on the screen. This is a hit with me. We need to tune up our info in that area - time to check all the listings and take out the remarks like "roast chestnuts by the open fire". Thanks.
